About The Blog:
It is the endeavor of the ADR Society, Campus Law Centre to provide a dynamic platform to various stakeholders including practitioners, arbitrators, mediators, academicians, and students to engage and expand the scope of discussion on different facets of ADR through this blog. This blog aspires to create a repository of the latest and contemporary topics related to all the branches of ADR.

Word limit: 500-700 words

Structuring details: Times New Roman, 12; Alignment: Justified; Line Spacing: 1.5.

Other Necessary Details:
1.) The blog post must be submitted in a .docx file format only.
2.) Footnotes must be used to cite relevant legal sources and references made in compliance with the ILI Format.
3.) Co-authorship is not permitted.
4.) The author must mention their name, email address, year, class section, and roll number in the submission mail and must not mention it in the document submitted.
5.) The authors must submit a declaration in their submission mail that the piece submitted is original & not plagiarized from any other sources, and all the references are made therein, according to the relevant guidelines. Similarity beyond 10% will lead to automatic rejection.
6.) All submissions will undergo plagiarism and similarity checks. Based on the lucidity, relevance and contemporary nature of the writing, the first round of shortlisting will be done by student editors followed by final review by faculty editors.
7.) In case of any discrepancy, the discretion of the faculty convener would be considered.
